How should I store my chocolates once received?
Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Once your chocolate is received it should be stored in a cool, dry place. We recommend between 65°F and 68°F and at a humidity of less than 55%. Chocolate will easily absorb odors around it which can ruin the taste. Try to refrain from refrigerating chocolate. Moisture as well as smells in the fridge can ruin the taste. If you must refrigerate, store in an air-tight container. Once the product is removed from the refrigerator, allow it to come to room temperature while still in the air-tight container before consuming.
